121 Fitness Team offers Small Group Personal Training Sessions. What a perfect way to achieve your Health & Fitness goals with your own personal trainer and a small group of friends or like minded people. With the added bonus of being more cost effective than a 1-2-1 PT session, yet still receiving the knowledge, advice and training that a 1-2-1 PT session gives you.
Small Group PT Sessions will be a duration of 60 minutes with a maximum of 8 people. All sessions will have a highly qualified and experienced personal trainer to guide you, ensuring that each move is maximised and reaching its full potential and most importantly, to motivate you to prevent you from giving up half way through, helping you to achieve greater levels of overall fitness.
1-2-1 PT sessions are also available
Training sessions will have the added bonus of the heat, which is exclusive to 121 Urban Hot Yoga.
60 Minute Heat Training will include a mixture of the following:
- Strength and Conditioning
- Core work
- Resistance Bands
