Private Yoga Classes


Private yoga Classes are the perfect investment in your physical strength and health. Sometimes being in a group class is not sufficient to meet our needs and facilitate our ability to grow. This is why Private Yoga Classes exist. Allowing you to focus more on areas of practice you may find more challenging, helping you achieve your personal goals. You will enhance your practice through undivided attention, customised tutoring and modifications. With a consultation at the start of the first session, this will allow the teacher to create a plan for the classes going forward for your individual needs and requirements. Whether you are a complete beginner to yoga, a more advanced practitioner setting new goals to move further into your practice, exploring or even working on variations to your usual class asana’s or concentrating more on Mediation & Pranayama.
