Introducing Maggies Sirshasana & Shavasana Workshop

Join us at 121UHY to feel the power combination of Invigoration and Stillness as Maggie takes you through Sirshasana in Sanskrit (the headstand) followed by Savasana.

The headstand is also called the king of asanas due to the incredible benefits the mind and body revives from this posture.
With the pose reversing normal effect of gravity it rests the heart with aiding circulation while relieving pressure on the lower back.

The second part of the workshop will be focusing on Shavasana, corpose pose, to be still, Stillness comes from the breath and being present in the moment.

The invigoration and the stillness are one.

This workshop will incorporate a warm up for sirshasana ( the headstand ) including twisting poses and relaxation techniques for savanasna.
