Improving Athletic Performance Workshop

This workshop is for all levels and individual disciplines of athletic performance from triathlete to bespoke skills in single sports and functional training.
The workshop is 2 hours and based in our state of the art hot yoga studio, lead by Richard an experienced Yoga and sports mobility instructor. We will be taking you through a range of short mobility routines to improve your range of motion to enhance your sports performance.
Fascial stretch therapy and Self-Myofascial release (Foam rollers and Yoga massage balls) are just some of the latest research in performance adding to this our team will be focusing on: Prehab, and maintenance, Common Injuries and training conditions that prevent free movement, Performance drills & Sports specific routines. A very relaxed skills-based workshop taught with humour and anatomical structure in sports & yoga therapy
