All studios offer Morning & Evening classes, 7 days a week, with some lunchtime classes currently held at Hornchurch only, allowing you ample opportunities to fit a session into your busy schedule, ensuring flexibility and convenience for our valued clients.

To ensure the utmost quality and innovation, studios feature the latest Reformers form the renowned Align Pilates C series collection, the C8 Pro. These state-of-the-art Reformers provide optimal performance and comfort, enhancing your Dynamic Reformer Pilates experience.

Our Hornchurch studio houses 7 Reformers, 7 at Billericay,  8 at Upminster with the new Gidea Park Studio also offering 7, providing ample availability  for our growing community. Our exceptional  teaching team will work across all studios, delivering a mixture of dynamic, contemporary, classic and innovative classes that our clients have come to love! Prepare to be inspired and challenged as our talented instructors guide you through transformative workouts.

Hornchurch URP is equipped with 7 reformers and essential amenities , including changing rooms, showering facilities and WC’s, including a Reception area which is in operation by a team of Receptionists throughout the week, while classes are in progress. With Billericay, Upminster & Gidea Park URP  premises being equipped with WC’s and The Lounge (waiting area Billericay & Gidea Park only). There is no Reception at these 3 studios and advanced online booking is essential.
