HOT YOGA CLASSES

 All Yoga classes are practiced in our 36°c heated studio, there are no room temperature yoga classes at the studio.

 

HOT CREATIVE FLOW

A Vinyasa flow practice to get you out of your head and into your body, building strength & flexibility whilst always leaving a little space for calm. Every class comes with a creative theme and the intention to create mindfulness. a restorative practice to set you up for either the day ahead or deal with what the day had to offer.

HOT DYNAMIC FLOW

Influenced by Ashtanga yoga, this strong class of flowing sequences synchronising breath with movement, is designed to take your body from strength to strength, working you from the top of your head, through to the tips of your toes. against a backdrop of cool, chilled tunes that will carry you through and yes, you will be in need of your savasana at the end of this session.

HOT YANG to YIN

A class of two halves

Introducing your bodies to flow into poses using movement with breath, sequenced with mixed vinyasa flows int he first half of this class. Following through with Yin Yoga for the second half, where the postures are held for longer periods to culivate stillness into the body & mind. Helping you reach inner peace, as well as strengthening and toning each muscle.

HOT BLENDED FLUID YOGA FLOW

Hot Blended Fluid Yoga Flow is a class that will give you to option to leave after 60mins or stay for the full 90mins without any disruption to the practice.

For the first 60mins, this perfectly designed yoga flow will help you build fluidity and flexibility in your practice. Targeting areas of the body we struggle to get the most flexibility in, such as shoulders, hip flexors and hamstrings. Expect to feel invigorated, balanced and elated after this strong, flowing class. There will be time at the end of the 60 mins for attendees to leave (prompted by Tanya) or stay as the class blends into the second phase of 30mins Scared Yin body stretches. Working through deeply held passive stretches that target commonly held areas of tensions that will help you to fully let go and release. ending with a restful, restorative extended Savasana of 10-15mins. Think Yang to Yin, think extended Savasana, think pure bliss, then Blended Hot Fluid Yoga Flow is for you!

HOT URBAN FLOW

This strong class promises to deliver sequences designed to condition, build strength, aid in flexibility and focus. Emphasising on linking the breath with movement to breathe through flowing sequences. Be prepared to fell stretched and strengthened from your crown to your toes, finishing with a well-earned savasana, that part goes without saying!

HOT ROCKET YOGA

Beginning the class with Pranayama (the practice of breath control in yoga) this dynamic & fast paced practice taken from the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa series 1 & 2. the Rocket series encourages a smooth unbroken rhythm of Ujjayi breath & movement, making this a very physical practice. Leaving you feeling stronger, lighter and totally energised.

Not suitable for complete beginners to Yoga

 

 

HOT MANDALA FLOW

This dynamic sequence draws upon the wholeness and shape of a Mandala, exploring circular movements with your body around all 4 corners of your mat in 360 degrees. A slightly slower paced vinyasa flow, through different levels of asanas, prioritising the breath to movement, whilst working on a particular target area in the body.

HOT POWER YOGA

A vigorous, fitness based approach to vinyasa style yoga, Hot Power Yoga incorporates the athleticism of Ashtanga with many of the same qualities and benefits. Such as building internal heat, increased stamina, strength & flexibility, as well relieving tension & stress through synchronising breath with movement with intensive flowing Yoga. Burning more calories than the more traditional styles of Yoga.

HOT YOGA FIIT 45

This super charged class is a fusion of power yoga, strength training and cardio led by Dawn P. Yoga FIIT 45 is designed to create a full-body workout, a yoga session and HIIT class rolled into one. Combining traditional, but high energy yoga flows with intermittent cardio burst throughout. A low impact, High intensity workout aimed to leave you feeling stronger, energised and uplifted!

HOT VINYASA MIND & BODY

A class bringing the synchronisation of breath & movement to your body through a mixture of Rocket, Ashtanga and Anusara yoga styles for a diverse and fresh flow. As well as providing your body with much needed movement, this session will also focus on giving your mind the stillness it so desperately needs. This will be achieved through various meditation, pranayama and visualisation techniques. Expect a workout for both your body and your mind.

HOT INVERSION PREP & PRACTICE 

Inversions don’t have to be scary – Downward Facing Dog is an inversion too!

Inversions are yoga poses where the heart is higher from the ground than the head. So this includes poses like supported Shoulder Stand, Legs up the Wall pose and even standing forward bends.
This class will consist of fast paced sun salutations to warm up the body, before playfully prepping and practicing drills that will work on building strength in the upper body and core, along with outlining the benefits and fundamental principles of inversions to help you incorporate them in your everyday practice.

Every Sunday 08.30 – 09.30

HOT SUNDAY SOUL SESSION

An ever-changing class of Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa flow and Yin. Maggie brings a different class each week for our Hot sunday Soul Sessions. With her retro sweet soul playlists accompanying her yoga, this class is not to be missed on a Sunday morning, maybe to detox from the night before or just to set you up for the day ahead. What’s not to love!
