During these 60-minute sessions, you’ll be guided by a highly qualified and experienced personal trainer who will ensure that each move is executed correctly and to its fullest potential. The trainer will also motivate you to push yourself and achieve greater levels of overall fitness. With a maximum of 8 people in each session, you’ll receive personalised attention and instruction tailored to your specific needs and fitness level.

If you prefer a more personalised approach, 1:1 PT sessions are also available from 11am Monday to Friday. Additionally, all training sessions are conducted in a heated environment, which is exclusive to Urban Hot Yoga, providing an added benefit to your workout routine.
